crossfire 150cc

I just purchased a crossfire 150 cc but it is not running , i have power at the battery and at the starter is there a way to jump the starter to make it engage? does anyone have a wiring diagram for this model made by howhitt I just need any kind of help on this one it has a gy6 engine
