Dr pulley variator

I just installed a Dr pulley variator on my 2005 carter talon and a 1500 spring and 10 gram rollers. My question is should I install any of the washer/spacers with the variator or are they mainly for scooters?

I have a 32 tooth crank if that makes a difference.
