Ok guys, here are your candidates. Review the pics below and pic the one you like the best. The person with the most votes next Thursday 12/23/2010 at or around 11:59 P.M. will get the $50 store credit from www.sycpowersports.com:

Our first entry comes from DVL IAC flying high in his Carbide. Great picture. I am going to give him a pass on the 10 post count provided he gets the count up by the time the voting is done:

Entry Number 1:

Our second entry comes from member Robert showing off his awesome buggy on a hill climb. What a fantastic machine he has:

Entry Number 2:

Our third entry is an awesome picture from Al "Off Road" showing how to get it done in the dirt. Great job!

Entry Number 3:

Our fourth entry is another awesome high flyer picture on the mighty Pilot from member Rarerat. Way to put it to use. I always loved the Pilot:

Entry Number 4:

Our fifth entry comes from CartinAK and I have to admit this was a difficult choice for me to choose which of his to pick from. On one hand we have a flying Joyner and on the other hand we have a buggy "walking on water". I went with the water pic just to mix it up a bit and the fact that this is simply and awesome picture! Nice job!

Entry Number 5:

Our sixth entry comes from a long hauler to BuggyMasters and the latest member of the 1000 posts club, joshstep1, showing how his Carbide is so awesome, it will pull the front wheel off the ground all by itself. Nice job!

Entry Number 6:

The seventh, and final, entry comes from a fantastic contributor to this site. What I like about this picture is that it shows how dedicated CKAU is to the hobby and that he is so cool, he lets his friends play too!

I don't have footage of the jump that particular time, but I do have a picture of the landing. It lands rough lol.

Although a few weeks later I did a video of the buggy and got the jump in it. (about 45 sec into the video) But the jump wasn't freshly made anymore and it erroded down a bit by the time I did the video, so it's not as exciting as the picture. :P Heres the video if you wanted to see it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuDCNVGwbZU

These are the things that make these contests difficult. As mentioned in the entry description, his was a hard choice to make. Let me quote a line from the original contest thread:

From the pictures that are entered, I will personally, and indiscriminantly, choose the top 10 pictures and your comments will help me in that decision

Had I seen a ton of feedback about that pic, I certainly would have put the flying joyner in and in fact that was my first choice but after studying them, the water pic was very unique and a flat out fantastic picture.

These contests aren't black and white but something is learned from each one we do. Next time we do a buggy pic contest, I'll likely put both pics from each entry in or maybe even just allow one picture. That way the submitter can decide which one they want.

Yours is still a fantastic pic though. There's still plenty of voting left though. Pass the word to other members of the community and get them votes in!

BuggyMasters does not have to do this at all so to complain would be stupid. I would like to say thank you BuggyMasters and Tom.

I think it goes without saying, without all you guys this forum would not be what it is. Each and everyone play a part in it. Now I can say with confidence that some of you or many of you had pictures laying around, but still tried to make that perfect picture to send in. Weather it is Buggymaster, myself or all of you, together we all play a roll in making this forum a sucess. And what makes a forum a sucess? In my eye's and I feel strongly Buggymaster will agree with me. What makes this or any forum a sucess is all involvement is done for the love of the sport. So thanks for recognising my part, but I also thank all you for for your part, but still most of the credit and thanks go to the buggymaster.:hooaray::hooaray::biggthumpup::biggth umpup:
