Looking for a recommendation for a first go kart

I'd like something with plenty of power (probably around 10hp) I prefer to single seater but doubles are fine. I plan to use it around my neighborhood and sometimes go offroad with it. I don't want to spend over 1000 on it, but I bet that is impossible to get. I'm 5'6" and weigh around 160lbs so I should be able to fit in most go karts.

Where are you located? Single seat buggies are hard to come by, I have a new Blade Powersports 150cc single seater in stock but it is fully assembled. I show a red one on my web site.

I'll keep it in mind for the future, right now I'm renting a room from my father's friend and working part time. Trying to get on my feet and finish college as well. But I will give ya a ring when I am ready.
