I got two sets of seat slider rails from BMI a while back. I believe they are Yerf takeoffs. One rail has a handle to unlatch the slider and the other has a arm with a hole in it that should be activated by the first rail. Problem is, they sent no linkage to connect the two.
Anybody got ideas of what to use so both latches disengage together?

On my Yref Dog sliders, only 1 side is active.

Arm goes into left slider to "lock it in". Other side (right) doesn't engage

Hope that makes sense.

This what I bought. Both sides have a locking pawl to hold the seat in position.

I believe those normally have a wire that crosses over that releases the lock when you pull the lever. You can probably go to Lowe's, Home Depot or a hardware store and get a piece of 3/32" or 1/8" steel rod and make your own cross connector by bending a hook on either end. Maybe BMI didn't pack all the pieces?

Acefab is correct- They don't look like Spderbox adjuster as they only have the engagement on one side- might have come out of a Yerfdog UTV. You could always disable- remove the rivet from the pawl as it isn't needed.

i'd keep both sides working; it's safer.

Thanks we did. I used a piece of wire coat hanger to link the two locks. Works great.
