YerfDog go cart that sputters out and misses

I have a Yerdog 3206, and the engine when I accelerate fast, it hesitates. If I hold the throttle at 3/4 or more, it sputters and misses. The carb is brand new. Any suggestions on what I'm missing here or what can be done to fix this.
