so i picked up one of these for $25 is a good engine?


5-1/2 HP TECUMSEH SNOW KING ENGINE
New, Tecumseh Snow King engine. Overhead valve design. Preset throttle and manual choke control. Large pull handle for easy starting. Muffler included. No air cleaner or fuel tank. Extended oil drain tube. Fuel primer shipped loose.

and what is a good clutch for it what rpm would i need the clutch to engage at??
