I just got my box of parts from a supporting vendor. In that box was my Uni filter and velocity stack. I noticed there is small tube that ran from the old air filter box to the engine head. There is no port in the velocity stack with which to put that into. what do I do with that?

Evan's right - it's a breather tube, and from time to time some drops of oil may drip from it. If you ever find that a LOT of oil is coming out (frequent drips or God forbid a stream!), then something is wrong.
You can put one of the UNI breather hose filters we sell on it, or you can tie wrap it out of the way to the frame somewhere. Just don't block it off.

That tube is realy a PCV tube. There are some that will drill and tap a fitting on there however you can just let it lie. Be sure to post up what you thing about the mods.
