I figured i would do a quick how to. I removed the emissions junk and drilled the exhaust out and took pics along the way. Figured i could show i did these mods.
First, removing emissions.
I dont own a welder yet so i figured why not try it being more creative.
First i found a self tapping bolt that was just slightly bigger than the ID of the tube. I just happened to have one.
Then i removed the emissions thingy and cut the tube the same length as the bolt i had.
Lifting your buggy first helps getting the exhuast off hehehehe

Then i screwed the bolt in and then backed it out. It effectively made threads inside the tube. I then slathered the bolt in locktite and put it back in.

And thats it, works great.
