carbide

I have a carbide 150,great machine so far,180 somthin miles,MBE-Motorsports claims to have a turbo for this machine,to me it doesnt look it will fit carbide for some reason, but GY6 looks like what i have, but under a different name brand name,is these engines the same or generic stuff.? 7150 ASW Carbide 150,couple years old

They do make turbos but I aint seen no one use one. The problem with a turbo on a small carb motor is you are running rich all the time to make up for the forced air from the turbo. It would be basicly usless out side of hill climbs and drags. Much better ways to spend a dollar in my openion

you would be better to put a head and big bore on it-cheaper too.
maybe consider bigger carb. but start with cvt mods biggest bang for your money
