Carbon Fiber Exhaust
I saw a carbon fiber exhaust on ebay made for a gy6 scooter loved it and figured i had to have it on my buggy, found a good deal on one got it had to change the pipe from the engine to the muffler so it can be mounted on the left side and presto new exhaust sounds real good i'm real happy with the finished producthttp://www.buggymasters.com/forum/pi...&pictureid=465

WOW! That's looks sweet. You'll have to come up with at vid now so we can hear it.

I have seen those from some of vendors. how hard was it to mod the header?
|
Your going to break it. Sorry but it's the truth. She's sticking wayyy to far out the back....
Unless maybe your not in tight woods. |
it was actually really easy once i had the old one off and could make a plan, basically all i did was switch the flange and narrow pipe to one side and the collar to the other only took me about 45 minutes all together.
as for it breaking i wouldn't see why it would break it doesn't stick out past the tires and it actually made fairly well plus i have a good strong bracket on it. |
who cares its awesome

Where did you find the pipe? TOM
|
The pipe came with the muffler
|
cool
|
How does that make it sound? Did I already ask you that?
|
Who did you buy it from off ebay(username)I have seen them as cheap as $79 sweeeet super deal? What jet did you use?How much better then stock does it sound?
|
the seller was morethenhundreds i got mine for a hundred shipped but that was cheaper then any of the other ones i saw that was because it had a few scratches on it, so if you can get one for 79 go for it! i didn't have to change the jet, it was rejet already when i bought it the guy that had it before me had gutted the exhaust and put a uni filter on, it seems to be running good with the jet that's in it but i'm not sure what size it is. as for sound i think it sounds a million times better then the gutted muffler its not any louder but has a nice deep mellow tone to it, not as loud as my brothers reaction with the hammerhead exhaust
