Roketa? and PowerSportsMax?
Wondering if anyone has experience with powersportsmax.com?
The appeal to me is that I can go to their showroom. Any comments on the linked buggy? I'm not clear on the maker but possibly Roketa? The intended use is for my kids who are 8 and 10. Thanks for any info. K http://www.powersportsmax.com/produc...ducts_id/11254 |
I put this post in the wrong section. Trying to figure out how to delete it...

Not a Roketa but it has the Honda CT series cloned engine. The engine will not be a problem for they are very good and long lasting engines. Being a no name brand the frame would be my concern since with the stiff suspension if frame is made with recycled steel tube they have a tendency to be brittle and break when driven on the rough trails.

Good info, thanks. Since posting the question I've bought and old Yerf Dog 3200 and dropped a Predator 212 into it. Based on this I'm guessing that any 2 seater with less than a 200cc engine will be underpowered. Any comments?

No . Your 212cc Predator is a 6.5 H.P. Industrial / Lawnmower / Snow blower type .
The 150 cc gy6 found in the 150 Buggys are Motorcycle / ATV type and makes 8-9 H.P. Just picture all the 125 cc , 175 cc Motorcycles' , and the many 200cc Three Wheelers' . Whole different breed than horizontal shaft Industrial engines . |

Hey I purchased a buggy from powersportsmax this year. I was super worried when making the purchase. So I gave my boss cash n he put it in his credit card. Since it had protection lol. But all was well and shipping was fast to Illinois. I didn't however receive the "free gifts".
