Wiring nightmare!
 

OK!
Been gone for a while again. Still got the buggy in my shed, never got it running.
Here's the pic of the wiring diagram I made, can someone look at it and see where I went wrong?

By your schematic, It shows the CDI on constant ground? if so there may be the problem. The ground lead on the cdi is used for a kill. you connect to ground via a switch to shut the motor off.
