Check your ignition switch contacts and the plug connections (pins) between switch, CDI and coil.

If those are all good make sure your fuses are intact and you get continuity across the flywheel pickup (CDI pulse generator).

checked the ignition switch fuses and plug connections not sure where of how to check the fly wheel pick up

1 Attachment(s)
Disconnect your CDI connector and check for continuity to ground from trigger pin on the wire harness.

when i checked trigger pin and ground for continuity on the harness i g .12?

If that is the Ohms scale, you should be fine.

Turn the key to enable the ignition and check for 12VDC at the power pin on the harness. Do the same when the key switch is in the start position.

in the on position i got 12.3 v and in the start position it drops to 10.5 v

What we know so far:

1. You replaced the CDI, coil and plug
2. Your key switch is working properly and providing voltage to the CDI while in the ignition and start positions
3. Your pickup trigger is not burned out

With your meter check your ground connections on the CDI and coil. We need to systematically eliminate each line before suspecting you swapped in a bad new part.

ive got continuity from the back of the ground on the cdi and the green connector on the coil

any more ideas thanks

If all the wires are properly connected, you have a failed component (CDI, coil, plug, stator). I suggest going back to the original parts and see if your problem is resolved. Hopefully you have downloaded the manual and run through the ignition checks?
