Seems to me we had one of those a while back. Does it have a tecumseh or briggs engine?

How big are you?Looks pretty small!I can't tell from those pic's but it might have a live axle.Top speed may be 25mph.I don't see a CVT set-up so it's wasn't a very expensive kart new. If you're going to drive this on fairly flat hard surfaces it'll do okay but probably won't climb much of a hill or go in soft/loose dirt.Don't know the Texas market, but that seems a little expensive for that type of go kart, Verify that it runs and that the frame doesn't have any bends or cracks.Should be very easy to maintain.

Ya we did have one of those and it was a pretty good machine. I think one thing that sucked on it was the fact that it was only one wheel drive. On the flip side, it actually ran like 35mph. You have to beware of the tecumseh engines as a LOT of them the carbs are no good and the good replacement carb (if you can find it) is about $85. We sold ours in fantastic running form for $350 and I feel the person that got it got a great deal. Those are made by a company called Bristers who I believe American Sportworks bought out. I also do remember that it was a very well built machine.

Here's the vid of ours running:
