Speedo wiring.
 

Ordered a new speedometer for my buggy but it only came with 2 wires. The speedo currently connected to my sunl has 6 wires. Wondering if my new one will even work or should I just punt it into the trash can

post pics and brand name of old/new speedo. It really helps the smart folks here get you sorted out.

Well if you were gonna punt it into the trash can, ship it to me :p I'll find some use for it. LOL

so the speedometer i bought is not a direct replacement for the one that is currrently on my buggies. the one currently on is attached to the back drive side axle and has a series of magnets that rotate and make the speedo work. i have been seraching the net for months and unable to find this exact speedo and assembly that is attached to the back axle. If anyone knows where i can buy both the speedo and the assembly on the back axle please let me know. thank you
