Hello from Michigan - 150KT
Hello. Have a Metal Motorsports 150KT (also known as Hammerhead KT150).
Bought new and kids have really loved it. Only thing wrong is that the foam filter element is worn out and it looks like they don't make replacements. Will need to upgrade/replace the whole assembly. |
Just buy a K&N or Uni filter for your buggy.

X2, search "redneck intake"

I ordered the kit from hammerhead performance.

Its a good kit but can be built for way cheaper with common hardware store parts.
Two things I'd suggest adding is an outerwears filter prefilter. Keeps the filter from getting dirty as fast and soaking up water/mud. Also buy a jet kit (you can find a whole kit on ebay for like $6). There simply isn't a one jet fits the mod. I don't even have half their asking price with in mine with the prefilter and jet kit. Mine is also stainless tubing and I used a silicone coupling. As long as ya aint trying to stuff a turboed 4.1 down in it, lol. |
Welcome to the addiction.
