Orange Coil (real?)
 

Has anyone ever tested these coils?

I understand that the internal winding are what make the coil spark hotter, but are these coils actually better or is it fun orange plastic and the placebo effect?

One way to test is to open the gap until you get miss on the stock coil then do the same with the performance coil. If it really has higher output voltage it can jump a larger gap.

I hooked up a spark tester with a view glass. I first tested the stock coil and saw a nice spark. I then switched the Orange coil and did the same visual test. I couldn't believe it! The spark was brighter and stronger! I am a believer...the orange coils are way hotter!

I have 2 brand new ones if anyone wants to buy them, $20 for both plus shipping. I sold my carts because of health reasons and have no more use for them, plus I have other brand new parts also.

couple hrs on it now, again I have to say I was surprised in the difference in visible spark
