Few More ?'s for GY6

Well, I'm almost donewith the chassis and panels so now I need to focus on the swingarm. Can anyone tell me the height of the tube that crosses over the top of the engine for a typical GY6 swing arm?

Also, with 22" rear tires what changes should I make to the engine before installing it?

Has anyone used one of those addon shifter kits they sell on ebay for $299?

Thanks,
Matt

14" on the stock Spiderbox, the mount tabs drop down 4" from there to give some clearance for the carb to fit under. 22" tires fit right on the stock swingarm with no mod's to anything.

Great! One more, should the engine be centered in the swing arm side to side or shoukld the chain be on the centerline?

motor should be positioned in the swing arm to give equal rear wheel weight and balance.

I wouldn't think it has to be centered- @ 60lbs it's not that critical, of course the lower the engine the better the center of gravity when getting it on 2 wheels. The axle doesn't care where the axle sprocket is!!!. Stability is all about stance from front to rear.
