gy6 slipping?
 

I need to pull the cvt cover, but what am I looking for. If you put around, you are fine if you give it the gas, you get intermittent surging and loss of power like a slipping transmission. I am assuming this 4yr old motor has a worn belt. Other than something wet or oily from a bad seal, what else am I looking for and does this sound like a plausible problem?
