Might sound crazy but my sons had that happen, I found
the kill button on the dash he had hit it from behind and
got the wires together only other problem like it his would
not do anything and it was the bigger white plug on the
back. Make sure and let use know so when you figure it
out . It's got to be something like simple maybe not easy
to find
