Agreed, although there are no plates in a lipo battery it is still a chemical reaction.
But what I meant was, how long would it take a running buggy to drain the battery if the charging system died?
I know they will hold a charge on the shelf for a good long time but if your regulator or your stator take a crap then you will drain the battery to a point that is below the recommended storage charge.
