you know whats funny, the guy who I will probably have build that engine for me said the same thing, but once I asked the important questions such as, what octane was that with? what altitude was that dyno done at, what weather temp was it, was the engine completely broken in, what carb was used, and so forth. The builder said those where all very good questions but was not given those details with the dyno sheet he was given. I bet it is probably close to that mark anyways with the 232cc.
