Here's pic's of the HD axles for reference purposes-
The main (thick) part of the axle where the adjustable sprocket/brake disc rotor holder is: 32mm As I remember the stock axle has welded holders.
The bearing seat (skinny) part near the wheel hub is: 25mm
All the lug bolts for the hub are 10mm x 1.5 (total- 8) and it's a 4 x 110 pattern
The set screws are 10mm x 1.5 for disk/sprocket holder stops (total- 8)
The axle/hub nut is a 30mm with nylon insert (total -2) with 4 washers (2 each side).

Pic # 2 shows assembled configuration for holders & stops
The bearings need set screws (4 total) if swingarm/bear flanges does hold axle in alignment, the bearings have a skinny tab & a wider tab for positioning- they can be turned as needed to get alignment. Generally the bearing holders go on the outside of bearing flanges on the swingarm, but can go either way as long as they are mated together (NOT on each side of the bearing flange) it takes 6 bolts/nuts for the bearing holder/flange attachment. The stock sprocket and brake disk rotor will bolt to the holders (4 nuts/ bolts each)
