you must indeed be the buggy master. LOL
yes it is the one with the red priming bulb.
I'm guessing it sat over the winter and maybe the guy we bought it from started and had it warmed up a bit before we got there.
It had a nice new air filter and what smells to me like fresh gas. I don't think it was gas from last year but who knows.
Anyway I gave her a few shots of carb cleaner and blipped the throttle. squirted again and opened it up a bit.
After a few cycles of that I was able to turn down the idle rpm's without it dying. Mission accomplished.
when we go for shocks I'll ask about the manual choke replacement carb.
