Bear. Did you bypass the ignition switch? Also, if the fuse is a glass tube type, make sure to ohm it out. I personally chased a ghost in an older car because the fuse blew in the metal cap, and was not visible.

Its a single click, and won't do it again until I wait a little bit pull the key out then put it back in and try starting but nothing
