Okay, done!!
It was my exhaust valve making noise. I localized sound with my stethoscope and heard it in the bottom ( exhaust valve) opened it up and too much play. Clearance was at like .008" . Must have come loose. Set it between .004 and .005.
Problem solved Yay. Runs and sounds nice.
