If you have the reverse box off just split it and look to see what the problem is. All it consists of is a fork with spring spacer and planetary gear. If you post some pics of the box. Not sure how to do it from a phone but if you download the pics to your computer click on manage attachments, another window will pop up click browse then select the file you have your picture in then click upload.
