Obviously make sure you have a good ground, and make sure all your battery cables are good and are tight.

Battery cables are tight and i have the battery on a trickle charger. As much as i have been messing with this, most likely i do have a loose wire somewhere in that box, eventually it will work again and when it does i will leave it alone, which is what i should have done when it was working...
