I bought a 2005 DAZON 150 Raider Classic,about 3 months ago, and I have been in the market for a performance exhaust for it. It seems that it could NOT be done on a tight BUDGET! Any number of $250 to $300 systems for the buggies, but nothing less than that. I went to ebay and bought a GY6 Big Bore Kit w a 170cc Piston, Cyl, Head, Gaskets, Teflon Variator, Weights, Yellow Clutch Springs, CDI, COIL,...and a BEAUTIFUL Titanium Flash Exhaust System....all for a SCOOTER!! Same engine! So I had to cut and flip the exhaust around and make a hanger. Finished it today. It sounds so quiet, and deep,... chug, chug, chug. Look:
