If you have the tools and skills -roysheepdog is correct. Flat spots are normal wear & tear.
But with all the mod's you've done already I'd run it till it's dead- it'll give you plenty of time to find an alternative power plant if you're wanting more!!!
I'm happily running (3) Honda TRX2000SX engines with the only maintenance being oil changes.The biggest thing I noticed was the never ending power on the bottom end- I climb stuff now that the GY6 just couldn't.
