A 30mm carb will be too much carb. Get you a can of Berryman carb dip from Wal-Mart or Oreilly's for about 15.00. Disassemble carb removing all rubber seals, put it in the dip and let soak overnight, remove rinse under warm water while scrubbing with a old toothbrush then blow out all orifices with 20-30psi compressed air. The CDI has 2 pigtails going to it. One will have either 3 or 4 wires the other 1 or 2 wires. If it has 2 wires it is AC if 1 wire DC.
