There is a number on the seal, actually it will be the seal dimension. If you can't find the #'s than using a caliper measure the outside and inside dimension of the seal along with the width. Make sure your measurements are in millimeters. I would check all the bearings as well. Usually when a seal goes it is due to a bad bearing.
