Changing the petcock will not improve engine power. Most people change it out only when the one they have becomes stopped up and fuel flow is no longer happening. As far as what mods are the best bang for your buck. start with the uni mod, rejet the carb, and open the exaust. These are the least expensive to do first. Then you can do varaitor/clutch mods and go from there. My buggy has tons of mods and doesnt spin the tires when I take off, It will climb a heck of a hill though.
