9A is the minimum battery for a 250cc and most people go to a larger one. Even my 150's ran 12A and 14A batteries.
Your Kandi does not have a CFmoto 250 with LHNR transmission unless you or some did a swap. It uses a CN250 engine that has the same top end and crank as a CFmoto, but everything past that point is different in the CVT and final transmission.
