I don't think that tank is any larger than the tank you have, only one gallon(4 quart). I would drain and clean your tank it may have a filter inside that is plugged. The Cap is vented as well as the carb. On the right side will be a short turn down hose which goes to nowhere. If hose is missing there will be a nipple. When blown into there should be no restriction. If either does not vent properly fuel will not flow efficiently. Put a straw in a drink and while holding your finger over the top of straw remove the straw. The liquid will not flow out of the straw until you remove your finger from top of straw. Same principle with your fuel flow. It would also be cheaper to drain, pull and check and clean as necessary your fuel tank rather then just replacing it.
