I agree, me too. One has to figure that a good quality buggy 150cc new will run you 2500.00 and it is stock with no mods. Now figure in the price of the mods. Although many will not admit to it but if you buy a buggy for say 500.00 by the time you get it in tip top condition and add on the mods you will have near the amount if not more depending on how far the mods go as a new buggy. Everything has its price.
