Brad, I'm having the same problem with my Kazuma 150.
What size main jet are you running?
I found a 95 in mine and from reading other similar posts, it sounds like replacing the 95 with a 108 should eliminate this condition where the unit dies after a quarter throttle. If you are running a 95, I was just wondering if you actually got a full range of throttle when it does run?
I'm stopping tonight to pick up some larger jets for mine, I'll reply after I've installed and tested them.
