I acquired a Carter Talon on which a dog had chewed through the main wiring harness. All I had was a bundle of wires and the switches. After many hours of tracing out wires, I was able to re-wire the buggy and it runs great. Turns out the buggy had few hours on it.

If anyone has a Talon with the 5 wire ignition switch and needs a wiring diagram, send my your email address and I'll send you an Excel file with my notes on how to wire it up.
