New user old question
I gave 2 crossfire 150,s non R
GY6 motors with lots of mods but next thing is a good Pipe ! Any suggestions that wont break the bank, look online and have seen them from 220 , to 550 with header. Im open to modding a pipe from something different . Just know the stock pipe sucks ! and want something more |

I thought that thread had his exhaust included in it- Sorry- I made all our pipes from used 250cc ATV/motorcycle exhaust- I cut the GY6 flange & pipe about an 1-1/2" from the engine and slid it in the larger diameter pipe from there, can't verify if it was a performance mod but it sure sounded and felt stronger. Also the ATV/motorcycle mufflers are better built!! I'd already added the Uni-filter and moved up a jet, the home-made exhaust just simply allowed the engine to flow/breath better.

Thanks i was leading that way but perfer to hear someone has done it and like it !
I have a small bone yard collection of small buggies and 4 wheelers in the back woodline. I think one of the older quads has a newer "whites" can on it . I will see is that will work. Time to weld something ! goody ! Thanks |
