Hi from Western NC
Just thought I'd say hi. I've always been interested in mini buggies, though the only one I've ever had was a 250cc Honda Odyssey when I was in the 8th grade. (many moons ago) I do a lot of ATV and offroad riding here in the mountains of NC. Since my 2 year old son was born, I've been thinking of building a 2 seater for us to pound around in. Still in the planning stages, but I'm thinking a badland 2 seater with a honda atv engine/drivetrain. I've seen them with Raptor engines and chain drive...very cool, but I like the dependability and low maint of a shaft drive set up. Anybody seen that sort of setup on one? I'll do all the fabrication and welding myself, so hopefully it will only cost me materials Nice to find a forum dedicated to this sort of thing!!

Sounds like a cool project. When you go to do it, be sure to post about it in the Frankenbuggy forum! Welcome to the forum.
