Default 150cc GKA problems

My son has a 150cc China buggy. He was out riding and it just quit. It has spark...fuel filter is clean. I bought a new carb for it and still nothing. Does it have a kill switch hidden some place. Im really stuck on this one. I notice that the electric choke gets hot and when you take the intake off gas is coming back out of carb. I even sprayed starter fluid in and just got a pop and thats it.pls help.

If you have spark, it's not the kill switch because it would kill the spark. Otherwise, I'm not sure.....I'm having similar problems, but mine is turning over slowly.... good luck!

Do a compression check, also did you check the oil level? Checking all the electrical connections would be good idea as well to make sure they are snug.
