Default poor waterpump performance

does anyone have any suggestions on upgrading the waterpump on my HH 250?

not really getting alot of flow buggy keeps running hot

make sure there is no air in the system, the recovery bottle is half full and the radiator is full. is this a new unit

Check the thermostat to see if it is opening when warm. Remove the unit from the enigine and drop it in boiling water. If it does not open in couple of minutes, you found your problem.

Some buggies were shipped new with a plug still installed in the coolant system. You may need to remove the lines and look for obstructions.
