Default Which gy6 do I have

OK, so I have an ASW helix with the 150cc gy6 motor on it and the motor bit the dust. Some of you saw my introduction post where I said there was no airbox, but a "fuel saver fan" like people out on their cars. Well, that stupid thing doesn't/didn't stop mud from getting into the motor and now it burns almost as much oil as it does gas as well as having 0 power. I want to replace the motor, but I'm finding long case and short case motors with warnings to make sure you get the right one. I don't know which one I have. Any help? Like what do I measure to see which one I have? Or just which one is it?

Pictures of the motor or buggy? I don't have any of the buggy on hand. It's at my dad's house 30 miles away. Here's one of the buggy though

I'll be down at my dad's for Thanksgiving so I'll snap a few then. I'm gonna tear the motor apart the first chance I get and see what got destroyed. I'm pretty sure it's just the cylinder and piston rings, but I'm gonna make sure before I order anything. I'm going to rebuild the original motor for 1/4 the cost of a new one.

Haven't been on I a while. Sorry it has taken so long for an update. So, Thanksgiving I went down to my dad's as planned. That's where the plan ended and the proverbial s***storm began. 1st my brother decided to start a fight with dad. Got that diffused, but then dad started in on me about my buggy being in the way. This eventually led to him grabbing it with the claw bucket on his skid steer and destroying the roll cage... So, about the buggy, as stated the roll cage is junk. It was removed and I planned on running it without one after the motor rebuild. Never got around to that and one of my dad's buddies offered me $500 for it the way it sat so it's gone. Now I'm looking for another one. Have been for a while, but now I'm starting to get serious about this.

Cool

I got's an Idea ! How bout taking Dad's Skid Steer , remove claw bucket , and any other unnecessary weight , add a set of tracks and use that for some trail bashing , serve him right , the Buggy - Abuser ! " Eye for an Eye " , " Tooth for a Tooth " , " Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you " Just DON'T GET CAUGHT !

I have enough fun using the SS digging up the trails AKA the woods at his house. Also, can't put tracks on it as the drive motors are between the wheels on either side.
