Default problems on yerfdog rover

I recently i bought a yerf dog Rover cuv it has a new carb and new starter if you use the choke it won't start but without choke it will... it idles up and revs up fine in neutral but while driving it bogs down and when climbing a hill bogs down bad and doesn't hit full speed on a flat surface Climbing a hill last night it flooded out and gas went Back to the filter the only way it would run was to remove the filter housing assembly any answers or questions would be appreciated

Default 1 step at a time

Welcome 2 the forum! I'd start with a good carb cleaning & inspection, & go from there.
