mrp or hammerhead?
well im getting a new exhaust pipe and what would ad more power? also what size jet would i need? i never changed the jet for the uni filter and the spark plug is fine and it runs great.i just want more power so i can beet my friends 300 atv lol. im also looking for tires if anybody has spares...

That's a good question. The guys that have either one of them love them. Personally, the HH would work for me just because it is cheaper. You could also get one of the universal FMF slip ons. I liked that. I plan on doing a timed test on the Helix once I get my hands on one to verify the power difference. The advantage on the HH or the MRP is the downpipe itself is a bit bigger providing more air flow. Using a slip on you still have the stock size down pipe / header.

HH exhaust has a slightly larger diameter pipe, and has a spark arrester, which is important if you ride on any public lands. The HH is also a simpler pipe, where the MRP is fairly convoluted and sometimes requires relocating the electrical box (depending on where it is on your buggy...)
The exhausts themselves are fairly close to the same in overall performance with the edge going to the HH. You'd probably use a 130 to 135 jet depending on your elevation, but you're never going to beat a quad - period. Your smaller engine and significantly higher vehicle weight will see to that. BUT, you can run him off the road easier!

i think im gonna go with hammerhead. by the way i beat a 250 with it just having a uni filter lol.

nice i got smoked by 400 he didnt lap me but i held him off my helix was bone stock
