Trailmaster Mini XRS

Hello All,
Put new carb on buggy,..but having problems hooking it up to throttle assembly. If someone could send a video or walk me throttle I’d greatly appreciate it. A video showing spring placement would be great! Throttle assembly will not pull/push on carburetor. Thank you!
