Kandi KD-250 Transmission question
This Rig is new to me and I am tearing it down now to upgrade it, repair it, and I'm trying to figure out about this transmission.
The rig is a 2011 Kandi KD-250 The Kart has a transmission. It appears to have a reverse. I do not have an owners manual so I am unsure if it has a neutral. I am unsure what kind of transmission this is, does it have fluid that needs changing, are there upgrades for this unit, and are there replacement transmissions that might perform better? The transmission has the following designation on the cover: AKNDX250GML Thanks in advance for your feedback and communications! Sycarms, Thanks for pointing out my omission! I am now firmly certain of which part is the trans now, I was looking at the upstream side of it and assuming... It's got a Reverse mode and until I fire the motor, I'm unsure if the trans if fine, needs maintenance, has fluid to be changed, or if I need a performance upgrade. Sycarms, do you have carb parts etc for this kind of Kart? I need to make my first parts order tomorrow. Thanks!
