before you do that if you can make a vid of starting it up, running (if it will), and post it sometimes its easyer when you can see and here it to know whats wrong,
but what i whould do is check fuel lines for blockage check everything you can before you think about buying a new motor

ok i will in process of cleaning carb then i will ty all what is the small bolt on the bottom of the carb should it move easy?

That allows you to drain the float / fuel bowl. It's nice if it functions cause you can drain it out ahead of time.

so about 11/2 turns on the air mix screw?

if you have to bring the idle up some it might be set to low

ok got it going and it idles ok but then it started leaking gas out the overflow tube so shut her down cause that is what started the fire last time and im scared now lol
