Default zircon 2012

no fuel flow,new lines,filter,no gas from tank or very little.starts and idles fine,dies when I give it the gas.6152 fun cart.

I think that has the vacume operated fuel pump. Make sure your lines are correct. When cranking the engine fuel should pulse out of the fuel line if not swap lines and try again. If I remember correctly the fuel line goes to top and vacume to bottom. Fuel should not come until engine is cranked.

this zircon starts and idols fine,just barely gas it and it dies.

that is normal for them until they get warmed up. Ours is the same way. you have to tolerate letting it sit and idle for a few minutes and kinda feather the gas till it "catches" so to speak. then its fine.

I didn't clean the mixture port their is a cap over it,If I take that off will their be a screw or ports#2 can I adjust both valves at the same time at tdc.

The cap is a requirement of EPA so that you don't move the preset fuel/air adjustment. When removed there wil be an adjustment screw. Both valves are adjusted together, just make sure t on flywheel is lined up with pointer on case and the large hole in cam sprocket is pointing at the seat, the 2 small holes and or lines will be level with top of head. Engine has to be cold (not run for 3-5 hours) intake .003" and exhaust .005".

I have the same gokart. How is your steering. Mine is as stiff as a mule.
